Vehicles stored outside on private property that lack vital component parts or are in such a visibly inoperable condition that they are incapable of use consistent with their usual functions may constitute abandoned or junk vehicles and are considered outdoor storage.  Outdoor storage of such vehicles is subject to proper storage requirements and should be stored in an enclosed structure, or adequately screened from view by adjacent properties.  Please remember that even if screened appropriately all motor vehicles should be stored on an approved hard surface i.e. (concrete, asphalt, or pavers).
