Arby's Pond (KL-P4) Feasibility Study (2023-134)

The City of Apple Valley will be completing a feasibility study to analyze stormwater improvement options surrounding pond KL-P4 (Arby’s Pond) located on the southwest corner of 153^rd St and Cedar Ave (Hwy 77). The study will require survey work and markings to determine existing conditions and utilities around the site. Stormwater enhancements will help improve water quality and drainage and provide maintenance improvements for the site. The City received a $20,000 grant through the Watershed Based Implementation Fund, a derivative of the Clean Water Land and Legacy Amendment. The city will keep the public informed prior to any future pond improvements occurring.
