I am pleased to welcome you to the
web pages of the Apple Valley Police Department. Our organization
takes pride in providing the highest quality police services to
our citizens and businesses.
Primary objectives of any law enforcement agency
are to continually and consistently improve the level of public
safety and quality of life for its citizens. The Apple Valley Police
Department is a modern, well-trained and equipped organization dedicated
to those objectives.

Scott
Johnson was appointed Police Chief in May 2001. He holds a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Public Safety Management and Administration,
and a Master of Arts Degree in Public Administration. Scott graduated
from the FBI National Academy in 1993.
