Redwood Building: The
Redwood Community Center is located at the intersection of County Road
42 and Elm Drive in Apple Valley. Operated by the City’s Parks and
Recreation Department, this beautifully designed community center will
provide a warm atmosphere perfect for a variety of functions… group
meetings, craft sales, wedding receptions, baby showers, and family gatherings
that have outgrown your home. The community center will accommodate
groups of up to 120 and is available to rent at reasonable rates.
It is equipped with kitchen appliances such as stove, refrigerator,
microwave; and the elevated stage area can provide a perfect
focal point for a commentator to direct a group meeting.
Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the
reservation date, and a 10% non-refundable deposit is required to
confirm the reservation. Balance of the rental fee and the damage
deposit are due ten days prior to usage. Rental

Discount Entry Punch Cards are again
available. Purchase your punch cards in advance at the Apple
Valley Community Center or at the pools during the season. The Resident
Multi Pack is offered to Apple Valley residents who wish to purchase multiple
punch cards. With each additional punch card purchased, a substantial
savings is made.

The Resident Multi-Pack is offered to Apple Valley residents who wish
to purchase multiple punch cards. With each additional punch card
purchased, a substantial savings is made. Up to four punch cards may be
purchased to receive the discount. If a fifth card is purchased, the pack
rate will start over. NOTE: To receive the resident multi pack
rate, all purchases must be made at the same time.

Purchase the entire resident Multi Pack (four punch cards) and the
average price is $2.27 per visit.
Rental information.
Redwood Community Pool with a capacity of 300 people is available for
exclusive use rentals outside of regular operating hours. Group Reservations
are also available during regular operating hours.

PARENTS BE ADVISED: In case of inclement weather, parents
are
strongly encouraged to pick up their children from outdoor facilities.
The children will be allowed to stay at the facility until picked up,
however there is only limited shelter space. CALL THE WEATHER HOTLINE
