Manufactured Housing There are currently two manufactured housing parks in Apple Valley. They are Apple Valley Estates, located at 13001 Pennock Avenue, and Cedar Knolls, located at 12571 Garland Avenue. Apple Valley Estates has approximately 100 homes and Cedar Knolls has approximately 500 homes. These are privately owned and operated parks so any questions regarding renting space within either park should be directed to the park management. The City regulates manufactured housing through Chapters 150 and 151 of the city code. Chapter 150 adopts the State Building Code and its requirements for manufactured housing. Chapter 151 has requirements specific to Apple Valley.
