POSITION: Liquor Store Sales Clerk - Part-time -
2 Evening positions

LOCATION: Liquor Store #1 (C.R. 42 and Cedar)

PAY RATE: $10.45 per hour

REPORTS TO: Liquor Store Manager

SCHEDULE: Typically 10 - 20 hours per week, including Saturdays
4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. start during weekdays. Rotating start on Saturdays.

DUTIES: Responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales. Welcomes customers in the store; answers questions; operates cash register; stocks coolers and shelves; ensures that store's presentation is held to a high standard by cleaning, stocking, and performing light custodial work; lifts and carries kegs and cases of merchandise for consumers. Follows all policies, procedures and laws related to selling liquor.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduation or equivalent.
Must be 21 years of age.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with a wide variety of people.
Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift/pull/move/carry moderately heavy merchandise. The ability to bend/stand/reach is also required.
Ability to reconcile cash and receipts, able to obtain knowledge of cash register and point-of-sale procedures.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Background in liquor stores a plus.
Employment offer will be contingent upon successful completion of a criminal and driving history check.
