Utility Billing The City of Apple Valley provides water and sewer services. Service accounts can be obtained by contacting the City of Apple Valley Utility Billing Division at (952) 953-2522. Residents are billed for service on a monthly basis. If you are planning to be gone for an extended time, you may want to ask that water service to your home be shut off. A $25 fee will be charged to turn the water back on when you return. Having the water turned off while you are gone will lessen the potential for extensive damage should a water line rupture. Also, with the water turned off you may not receive a utility bill during that billing period which may save money.
