** Meeting Notice ** Who: Neighbors of Garden View Drive Why: Highview Avenue Realignment at County Road 46 Where: Valley Middle School
Cafeteria 900 Garden View Drive, Apple Valley, MN The proposed Vermillion Springs development lies northerly of 165th Street, westerly of Highview Avenue, and southerly of County Road 46 and consists of 90 single-family lots. The Minnesota Valley Free Lutheran Church property is included to the extent that the land lying westerly of the church will become part of the development. The Vermillion Springs development includes the realignment of Highview Avenue at County Road 46 with Garden View Drive. The developer of the proposed Vermillion Springs subdivision in Lakeville is holding an informal meeting to present information to residents. The City of Apple Valley invites you to attend and also discuss the realignment of Highview Avenue with Garden View Drive and its potential impact on the neighborhood. Members of the Apple Valley City Council; and staff from the Cities of Apple Valley and Lakeville, and the Dakota County Highway Department; and representatives of the Vermillion Springs development will be in attendance to listen to and address your concerns relating to this project.
