LOCATION: Generally located at the southeast corner of Embry Path and Cobblestone Lake Parkway.

B. Wensmann 15th Addition - Consider zoning amendments, subdivision of a 6.2 acre outlot into 2 lots and one outlot; and site plan/building permit authorization to allow for construction of 31 townhouse dwelling units and a 60-unit senior apartment building.
