NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council and the Planning Commission of the City of Apple Valley will hold a joint special informal meeting on Wednesday, April 30, 2003, at 6:00 p.m., at Apple Valley Municipal Center, 7100 West 147th Street; for the purpose of discussing a proposed Accessory Unit Dwelling (AUD) ordinance, utility improvements for redevelopment areas, and such other business as may come before the bodies.
