NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Apple Valley will hold a special meeting, beginning at 4:30 o'clock p.m., on Thursday, February 6th, 2003, at Apple Valley Municipal Center, 7100 West 147th Street, for the purpose of convening in closed session, under the provisions of M.S. 471.705, Subd. 1a, to discuss Police Officers and Sergeants LELS Union negotiations.
