NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Apple Valley will hold the following special meetings:

Wednesday, February 19, 2003, at 9:00 a.m., at the Minneapolis Federal Courthouse, 300 South Fourth Street. A closed session, under the attorney-client exception to the open meeting law, to discuss the Gennadiy Balandin claim.

Thursday, February 20, 2003, at 4:30 p.m., at Apple Valley Municipal Center, 7100 West 147th Street. A special meeting for the purpose of selling General Obligation State Aid Road Bonds and Improvement Refunding Bonds.
