NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a special closed meeting, under the labor negotiations exception to the open meeting law, on October 23, 2003, beginning at 7:00 o'clock p.m., at the Municipal Center, to discuss AFSCME and Police LELS union negotiations.
